AKIDO ~ 合気道的初体验

Just now attended the first AKIDO (Japanese Martial Art) class ever in my life which held at the community hall of JICA Tokyo Training Centre.
Tanoshi desu ne!!!
合気道的初体验，
虽然身手有点笨拙，
虽然沟通有点障碍，
但是有机会耍一耍过肩摔、浅尝借力打力的奥妙，
感觉好帅好过瘾哦!!!
