Face to face with mantaray in Maldives -

This was the 3rd time we spotted manta ray throughout the whole week of LOB in Maldives but this time it came so close to us. It was our last day of diving in Lankan Manta Point. Meeting face to face with this giant creature, it was just exciting and thrilling! Well, managed to capture the video from the top of it somehow revealed my poor buoyancy control but anyway I am still proud to present this for sharing as well as for record of precious memory in the paradise island (with some flushing of shyness on my face of course)! Haha!

Record of expanses:

Return flight KL-Male via MAS airline: RM1200 (promo price, with 30kg luggage + 15 kg gear)

Nasi Lemak 2.0

Nasi Lemak 2.0

隐喻的不少课题颇讽刺却让人会心一笑;

It's a film truly for Malaysian...
worth for support!!!

Malaysia Day @ Crystal Hill aka Bukit Tabur

2nd visit to the Bukit Tabur (Klang Gates Ridge), the view is still spectacular but the sun is hot as we got up quite late.
It gets the name of Crystal Hill as it is a quartz ridge and recognized as world class geological site.
The rocky way is steep and need to be extra careful therefore not recommended to go if the weather is not good.

Maldives LOB

Finally, landed on this dream island and experienced my first Live-A-Board with MV Maha and 15 crazy divers gang.
Didn’t really get chance to enjoy the sandy beaches, but the sky and sea never stay apart from us with different colour tones throughout the 9 days and 8 nights.
Highlights:
-The life on board was never get bored, thanks to the crazy divers gang and MV Maha’s crew for all the memorable moment that we had spent along.
-The total of 18 dives that we did revealed the ‘over-expected’ disappointment but the moment when we spotted mantaray which came so close to us was just thrilling and exciting. Perhaps, the whaleshark is still waiting for us somewhere sometime.
-The night party on beach was mesmerized by the effort put up by the 4 pretty ladies in making up ourselves and the crews in making up the whaleshark, but the shower of rain added to our dinner was definitely the ‘climax’of the night!
-The starry sky above the Indian Ocean was so stunning and even the galaxy could be seen clearly. First time in my life, as much as 22 meteors were witnessed within a night and triggered the shouting of amusement!
All these made up to the enjoyable vacation in conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya and Independence Day 2011.
Eddie-Simon-Arthur-Moti-KS-Mimi-Kelly-Ming-Kat-Tommy-Syed-Chong-Manta-Tony-Ang, not forgetting Sappe-Areesh-Muhammad-all crews, and also meteor-mantaray-dolphin-eagle ray-marble ray-turtle..
Many thanks. 'Shukuriya'. (thank you in Maldivian language)
Still planning to go back?
Maybe yes, maybe no.
Under-stand?! :p

Aerial View of Maldives + Male City

Come back to work from the paradise.
My body is still feeling like floating on the sea,
My mind is going to doz-off,
My photos are yet to be shared out...
The main point is, I missed the chance to take the aerial view of the coral islands and capture the Male city from such great angles and complete documentary as my buddy did...
so, please allow me to post my buddy's album for sharing to take the first glance of Maldives!
Many thanks ;-)
