My first attempt on beet root cream soup...that's a healthier pair with pork chop and, Red wine! What a colourful dinner I have painted! 厨房里摆着友人临离开英国前送的那几颗生地，搁了许久都没人懂得料理。。。 在暂时想逃离课业堆中的星期四，一时兴起向网上食谱偷师花了一个下午弄了这么一顿色彩缤纷的西式晚餐，红酒的衬托，更添意境。 饱足，满足。

英国慈济大爱音乐会 Tzu-Chi Musical Concert in London

A blessed night with soothing songs and music spreading great love and Tzu-Chi spirit at London Rudolf Steiner House... 感恩有幸出席了英国慈济在伦敦举办的这一场大爱音乐会。音乐无国界，大爱更是无所不在。这一场动听动人的盛会，温暖了我这个身处于异乡的游子的身心。感恩，感动。更感讶异的是，还被人文真善美的菩萨采访入镜呢！哈哈，在大马常协助采访和报导人医会的活动，这一次竟然反而变了被访者，感觉挺妙的！呵呵！

UK Storm 天气无常，好比人生

Storm is running fiercely, most of the trains has been canceled for today whole day until further notice...luckily the practical class in the morning is canceled but the afternoon classes remain as usual...how should I remote to my campus in such condition? Hmm...another challenge... 昨天艳阳高照，今天狂风暴雨，这天气，也变化太大了，无常啊，好比人生啊。。。学习怎么应对，才是学问呢！

Daylight saving 夏令时的结束271013

Adjusting the time on my watch to match the time on my mobile phone...the British summer time has ended officially on 27 October. Here marks the winter is just around the corner? With this daylight saving adjustment, I'm now 8 hours behind the time of my home country...随着夏令时的结束，时差调慢了一个小时，理论上好像赚到了一个小时，交功课和报告的时限慢了一个小时，可是，还是做不完啦！~_~

After a series of classes which gradually building up my Cortisol level, glad that I'm able to take a few days break to Edinburgh to improve my serotonin level...hehe..Arrived at Waverley station @1825, so excited to see my lovely cousin...Despite the cold wind, my heart is actually warm by the great hospitality of dearie sista and the hot dinner! 在夜幕低垂之前抵达了爱丁堡，惊鸿一瞥。。。明天才来个环堡之游啦！先补眠咯！晚安。
